Brooke has experience ranging from crisis intervention at Medical City Green Oaks to individual counseling with adolescents and adults at Rockwall Counseling and Wellness, Brooke brings clinical insight and calm leadership into every session. Her approach blends evidence-based techniques with a warm, relational style—helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, grief, relationship struggles, and major life transitions.

Brooke is particularly passionate about supporting women, teens, and individuals exploring spirituality in their healing journey. She has also served as a facilitator for recovery groups and as a leader in youth and young adult ministries—creating safe spaces for growth and authentic conversations.

As a former program director, school coordinator, and care advocate, Brooke is skilled at working within systems, advocating for client needs, and bringing clarity to complex emotions. She is trained in the PREPARE/ENRICH relationship assessment tool and believes in tailoring therapy to the unique goals and values of each person.
