What is Anger Management Therapy
Anger management therapy is a type of psychotherapy administered by a mental health professional, that helps individuals understand, control, and express their anger in healthier ways, particularly addressing chronic anger issues and other mental health issues. The goal is to reduce the negative effects of anger on relationships, work, and overall quality of life. This is done by teaching anger management skills, including essential communication skills and healthy ways to manage anger effectively through a trained mental healthcare provider.
