About Audrey
Audrey brings over seven years of experience in the mental health field. She has worked across residential, outpatient, inpatient, and crisis settings, giving her a well-rounded perspective in supporting clients through a wide range of challenges. Audrey specializes in working with depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, self-esteem concerns, autism spectrum disorder, and severe mental illness.

Her Approach
Audrey is known for her genuine, down-to-earth style and her ability to help clients feel comfortable from the very first session. She is passionate about helping individuals move forward, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change. Using evidence-based approaches like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques, Audrey tailors each session to meet her clients’ unique needs.

She believes therapy should be a safe, supportive, and empowering space. For those who wish, Audrey also offers the option to incorporate faith-based perspectives into the therapeutic process, while always honoring and respecting each client’s individual background and beliefs.

Working with Children & Teens
Audrey has a strong passion for working with children and adolescents. She creates an engaging, supportive environment where kids feel seen, understood, and comfortable being themselves. She helps young clients build confidence, improve emotional regulation, and develop the skills needed to succeed at home, in school, and in relationships. Audrey also values collaboration with families and works to strengthen connection and communication within the family system.

Education
Audrey holds both her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and her Master’s degree in Professional Counseling from Liberty University.
